    • Teams mqqkts it easy to communicate with your colleagues customers, and partners. You can chat, call, video conference and share files in one app. You can also create channels to organise your conversations peer topic project or team. This keeps you informed of what's going on and allows you to respond quickly to questions or feedback. Teams helps you streamline your communication and avoid misunderstandings.
    • - Teams as a virtual environment for your meetings
    • Teams enables online meetings with people inside and outside your organisation. You can share your screen, presentations, documents and whiteboards with your participants. You can also use features such as live subtitles, background blur polls and breakout rooms to make e meetings more interactive and inclusive. Teams ensures that your meetings run efficiently and productively no matter where you are.
    • - Teams as an environment to run apps like Planner or Power BI in

    Teams allows you to integrate apps such as Planner or Power BI into your workspace. With Planner, you can manage your tasks, set deadlines, track progress and assign them to your team members. With Power BI, you can visualise, analyse and share your data with your colleagues. You can also add other apps you need, such as OneNote, Forms, Stream and more.     Gain time and increase your efficiency with Microsoft 365 Apps

    When you have many tasks to follow up on, it can be difficult to keep track and prioritise. Fortunately, there are several apps that can help you plan, manage and track your work. This session explains 4 Microsoft apps that manage your tasks more efficiently: Planner, ToDo, Lists and Onenote. 


    In Planner, you can assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, add files, make comments and view progress. Planner is especially useful for collaboration, as you can easily communicate with your team and keep up to date on the status of your projects.

    ToDo manages your personal and professional tasks. You can create lists for different purposes.You can learn to add tasks to your daily schedule, set reminders, create subtasks, add notes and share your tasks with others. ToDo can synchronise with your Outlook calendar and e-mail.

    Lists helps you collect, organise and share information in lists. You can create lists for different types of data, such as inventory, customers, events, contacts or ideas. You learn to customise lists with columns, filters, sorting, views and rules. You will learn to integrate your lists with other Microsoft apps, such as Teams, SharePoint and Power Apps. Lists is useful for managing data, automating processes and improving productivity.

    OneNote helps you create, organise and find your notes. You learn to take notes in different forms, such as text, images, audio, video, drawings or web clips. You learn to organise your notes into notebooks, sections and pages. You learn to search, edit, share and synchronise your notes with your other devices.

    If you want to enhance your reports and presentations with interactive and visual elements, there are a number of Microsoft 365 apps that can help you do that. In this session, we will show you how to use Power BI Services to dynamically report in Teams, how to use Viva Engage to create a blog for your colleagues, how to use Sway to create a storybook for your clients and how to use PowerPoint to integrate a quiz into your presentation. These apps will help you better communicate your message, engage your audience and visualise your data.

    You will learn to use PowerBI Services to create reports and dashboards that bring your data to life with interactive charts, maps, tables and more. You can integrate PowerBI Services into Teams, so you share your reports and dashboards with your team members.Now you can view, explore, filter and sort your report or dashboard in Teams. You will also learn to add comments, use @mentions, add emojis and stickers and respond to others' comments. You will learn to pin, copy, delete or edit your report or dashboard from the tab. 

    You will learn to use Viva Engage to share your knowledge, ideas, experiences and insights with your colleagues, showcase your expertise, expand your network and promote your professional development. You will learn to view, edit, delete or share your blogs from within the site.

    In Sway, you will learn to create and share storybooks in Microsoft 365. You tell your story using text, images, videos, audio, graphics and more. You can view, edit, delete or export your storybook, as well as view, search, filter and sort others' storybooks on Sway.


    You learn to enrich your PowerPoint presentations with animations, transitions, sounds and effects. You will learn to integrate a quiz into your PowerPoint presentation using the forms function.
